This residential project involved a complete renovation and extension of an original 1950s house on Auckland’s North Shore.

The client, a growing family who loves to entertain, was after a makeover of their three bedroom home with bespoke design throughout.

Their vision was bought to life by our team, which produced custom furniture to fit the new spaces including a set of bunks. The new home now boasts entertainment areas on each side of the house, both leading out to large decks to capture spectacular harbour and city views.

After several “sorry, no can do” conversations with flooring specialists, the client turned to us to produce the desired flooring effect using their existing native timber floors. An outstanding result and true testament to the client’s vision and the innovative craftsmanship of our team. We’ve already received enquiries from other homeowners looking to replicate the timber floor design.

The instructions were clear from the start “get me out of this granny flat and into my new home asap” and we worked hard and efficiently on site and behind the scenes resulting in a move-in date four weeks ahead of schedule.
